Muito bom pra quem quer fazer exercícios e não curte ou não tem acesso fácil a uma academia. Séries bastante variadas, com níveis de dificuldade distintos que podemos fazer em qualquer praça ou mesmo em casa, com poucas adaptações. A atualização trouxe explicações e ainda a opção de vídeos via youtube para instrução mais detalhada. E ainda ampliou a quantidade de exercícios. Altamente recomendado!!
I have been using this App for a few days I really love the workouts they give you but, there are only two free workouts for easy, medium and hard. I think that the price for the premium version is a good price compared to all the other work out apps. I am just looking for a little bit more free stuff to do before I take a chance and buy premium. I would recommend this app for all people wanting a really good workout and it has some really cool healthy food options but you still need to have premium to look at most of them. Great app!! But needs more free stuff to get people hooked!!
I have been an avid lifter but I haven’t done anything like this since highschool football. Since I had been lifting I thought I was in decent shape. I was completely wrong. I am 29 and out of shape and these workouts let me know it. It’s a good thing though. I can workout from home in 25 minutes or less and with the intensity of the workouts, I know I am going to cut the fat I have and improve my overall endurance, strength, and figure through this app.

I like all the routines work out. I wish they allow me to play my music in the background.
So I do like the app. It has many great workouts and it lets you build your own workouts. There are tons of workouts to choose from and each contains a description and video. Now the bad part, when you build a custom workout, there is no way to edit the workout after it is created. You cannot change the reps, exercises, or even move the exercises in a different order. Also there is no way to delete a workout that you create. If the developer would add the ability to edit and delete workouts, I would give this app a 5
No lagging at all unlike with other high powered workout apps. I m able to navigate through out the app without an ounce of hitch
I'm a big fan of its amazing graphics. The progress can be seen right while you're doing your workout routine!
The fact that some of these exercises are gender based is nice because quite frankly, I don t have to push myself too hard.
You can save all the data to compare your routine's progress later. I'm loving this app!

I use this app almost every day! Absolutely brilliant for a free app with different workouts depending on ability. It's a great way to challenge yourself through trying to beat your PB, and also to challenge yourself against other's in the bodyweight app community. Some really great and challenging.
Absolutely brilliant app!!! Tracks all my workouts, simple design without any garbage graphics or tools that you don't need. Has everything I need to keep in shape all in the one app. Thank you for this, it's spot on

I love the statistics feature: it measures how many calories have you burned since you started working out! Pretty useful, oh yeah.

The step by step instructions are very detailed and they helped a lot! Overall I like this app, this app is simple, this dude seems like he knows what he Is doing and a lot if useful features to help you get started with your workout!
I would like the video to be integrated into the app instead of being taken into a seperate tab! A little time consuming but overall, just by looking at these dudes biceps, he seems qualified for this app!
I like it how they give you a free 7 day trial to test out the app and it will give you an abundant amount of workouts! The app is simple but in a good way
Regardless of the subscription, this app is well worth it. You will learn a lot of things about calisthenics and HIIT. It is a great way to get fit and it acts like a mobile fitness coach!
Loved it till you made it a subscription based service and locked me out of all the routines I previously purchased.
I like its how you can see what your BMI is how there is a progress meter for just about everything! You'll know exactly what you are doing and how you are doing!
I don't know anything about calisthenics except a few, but this app has been a godsend. I've learned so much about calisthenics and I think it's amazing how much this app teaches you. If you're willing to get into calisthenics, this app is for you.
Even as someone who has been doing calisthenics for a long time, this app is still great. It's given me new exercises to perform and I've learned a lot from it. Beginner or expert, you should use this app.
I love calisthenics because you can do it almost anywhere and with little equipment needed. This app is a great guide for people that are willing to get into calisthenics. I highly recommend it.
There are lots of calisthenics routines. This is awesome for me. I am trying to do 20 pull ups.
I used to love this workout app as it had a great amount of routines all at various difficulties. Now they want us to buy a subscription to view the content we already bought when we originally purchased the app?! Not cool 👎🏼
This app doe better than any other calisthenics tracking app. For the purpose I even like it better than beyond the whiteboard as its designed to be natively on a mobile device. It is a very immature app though with more than a few buggy issues that should be resolved to bring it up to top notch app-ness. -translation to English is idiosyncratic at best -scrolls for selecting numbers are very buggy and go blank while scrolling need to wait for them to repopulate. -editing workouts is not editing, as to edit starts a blank workout. So just changing reps for a cycle after testing it out requires rebuilding the workout.
Seems like a good app but again, a reminder for every set/cycle/exercise will be good. Also, the timer lags a bit when you have the home screen lock or if just browse on another app. Please allow workout progress to be deleted too. Other than that, great approach on this app.
A reminder ring between every cycle or set would be awesome for those who has Apple Watch. I hate to glance at my watch in between every work out just to make sure the set is completed. Please update! 👌🏼
The app will no longer download onto my watch. Others will, but not this one. Please fix ASAP.
This app allows for considerable variance and assurance in planning workouts or putting ideas together for testing. Stuff for the day one to the day one thousand workouts guys. Love it. Creativity for names is also nice to put on the screen for each workout. If a video was provided for movements then it'd be 5 stars.
So far no complaints and the new update just made it better. Really does set the workouts in the right kind of difficulty
How can I edit my workouts once I complete them and want to increase the reps??
There are countless fitness routines to chose from based on levels of difficulty, so I'm trying to use a different one every day and increase the level of difficulty over time. :)
Great app, I recently switched to all calisthenic and this app has been a huge help
Simple and efficient. I really like the desing and the layout. It's helpling me a lot in achieving my goals and is keeping me focused on training.
I like the update to the app, but here are a few things I think would make it even better... 1. Be able to see exercise list before creating workout. Also, grouping them by muscle group or movement (push,pull,legs,core) would be an added bonus 2. Be able to create different types of workouts (straight sets, supersets, tabata, etc) 3. Be able to delete created workouts. Also, I haven't figured out how to use the timer yet, but I'll play around with the app a little more.
I needed some structure in my fitness exercises. This is a good app for that.
There are tons of workout routines. They're all challenging and different to maintain interest. There are also informative texts and videos incase you've never done a workout before. Another nice feature is the timer. My only suggestions are: Add workout tracking to keep track of which workouts, exercises, reps & cycles I've done since downloading the app. Make it simpler to set up a daily workout plan without having to sit there and figure out which routine is what body part and whether I did that yesterday or not. Maybe just an easy, medium or hard plan that does upper body day one, Cardio day two, lower body day three, repeat, & one day of rest, but with different workouts each week.
Nice app with routines for general fitness and specific body parts. Worth the buck.
